Amanpreet (Aman) Sidhu, P2, CNU. Aman has extensive experience in the student run clinics but no work experience in the hospital setting, yet! She too will be focused this year on supporting Medication Histories and Anticoagulation Educations.
Nakisa Sedaghati, P4, CNU. Nakisa is on APPE rotations and has significant retail experience plus she has completed APPE Gen Med and Hospital Operations rotation at Kaiser. Her rotations end in March 2023, so she may be willing to contribute much more than weekends until her graduation in May, 2023. She too will be starting this year by supporting Medication Histories and Anticoagulation Educations. Feel free to teach her other aspects of patient care if time allows and the Medication Histories and Anticoagulation educations for the hospital medicine service are complete.
This will be a high-level opportunity for interested students to gain exposure to operational, regulatory and clinical work in the inpatient and community practice settings. Interns will also work on longitudinal Quality Improvement projects with pharmacist mentors. Additionally, exceptional students will have the opportunity to gain letters of recommendation from their preceptors.
